Dynamatic Technologies Limited has acquired
the Hydraulic Business Division (Swindon Unit) of Sauer Danfoss
Limited, UK, through its subsidiary Dynamatic Limited, UK, on
15 June 2007. This acquisition will provide Dynamatic® with
a global sales footprint, as well as a world-class manufacturing
facility at the customers' doorstep. The Company will also gain
an excellent engineering laboratory with a large amount of intellectual
property. Dynamatic® perceives that this acquisition will
grant it quick and easy access to the European and US markets,
bring in new OEM customers while enhancing the Company's potential
to develop its aftermarket business. The Company also expects
to acquire better technologies to support overall business and
gain overall inorganic business growth with a better synergic
effect.

Northrop Grumman, Dynamatic Technologies
Limited to Team On Potential Defence Electronics Opportunities
in India

Aerospace® has signed a memorandum of understanding
(MoU) with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC), establishing
a collaborative relationship for exploring joint new business
opportunities related to India’s national defence requirements.
The formal agreement was signed in ceremonies on 8th February
2007 at the Aero India air show and exposition, which was held
from 7th-11th February at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in
Bangalore.
Northrop Grumman Corporation is a $30 billion
global defence and technology company whose 120,000 employees
provide innovative systems, products, and solutions in information
and services, electronics, aerospace and shipbuilding to government
and commercial customers worldwide.
“We look forward to working closely with
Dynamatic Technologies to help meet the advanced technology aerospace
and defense product and service needs identified by the Indian
ministry of defence going forward,” said Brian J. Morra,
sector vice president of business development and strategic planning
for Northrop Grumman’s Electronic Systems sector, a world-leading
provider of advanced military radar, electronic warfare and other
avionics systems.

opens JKM Science Center

Dynamatic
Technologies announced the opening of its modern science
center at Dynamatic Park, Bangalore, on 28th February 2007.
The JKM Science Center was formally inaugurated by Mr.
P.B. Mahishi, the Hon’ble Chief Secretary to the Government
of Karnataka, in the presence of Mr. K.M. Shivakumar, the Hon’ble
Principal Secretary, Department of Industries and Commerce, Government
of Karnataka.
The JKM Science Center which is spread
over a built-up area of 40,000
Sq. Ft includes two design laboratories, a material science laboratory,
a prototype manufacturing unit & a training center and will
house 225 Engineers, Technicians and Scientists.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. P.B. Mahishi,
the Hon’ble
Chief Secretary, while commending the Company on its Science
Center said “I have experienced the materialization of
my passion for excellence while walking through the new Science
Center”.
Mr. Udayant Malhoutra, CEO & Managing Director, Dynamatic

Center, we have been able to house under one roof, Engineering
