Dynamatic® is an ISO 9001(2000
ver) company and its management systems adhere to international

facility in Bangalore, Karnataka, which ably employs cutting edge
technologies and highly sophisticated machinery to deliver premium
quality. This facility is well equipped with excellent CNC machines
and sophisticated quality control laboratories. The production

Agricultural
Hydraulic Gear Pumps manufactured by Dynamatic® have varied
applications including Agricultural Tractors. Dynamatic® is
an Original Equipment Supplier to all tractor manufacturers in
India including Mahindra & Mahindra, Eicher Tractors, Punjab
Tractors, Same Deutz-Fahr, Escorts Limited, Bajaj Tempo Limited,
L&T John Deere, New Holland India, etc.
Industrial
The Company enjoys an overwhelming share of the Industrial Market
for Hydraulic Gear Pumps in the country. Dynamatic® pumps
are used in Machine Tools and various other Fluid Power Systems.
The Company's customers include BEML, Godrej & Boyce, Macneill
Engineering, HMT, BHEL, Telco, Ashok Leyland amongst others.
Exports
Dynamatic® exports its products to
over 30 countries and its export segment is growing rapidly with
the turnover growing strongly over the past few years. Exports
are expected to constitute 15-20% of the company’s turnover,
in the next 2 years.
Dynamatic® products are used as Original
Equipment in USA, UK, Canada and South Korea. The Company has
developed specific products for use as Original Equipment in the
tractor markets in USA, Germany, Mexico and Turkey.
Earthmoving Segment
Keeping in mind the country’s thrust on
infrastructure development, Dynamatic® has specially developed
an entire range of cast-iron body high pressure Gear pumps, having
application in various Earth Moving and Material Handling equipment.
Currently, there are no indigenous manufacturers for such Gear
Pumps. The Company has developed breakthrough products for this
segment and expects to grow this market rapidly in the near future.
Dynamatic® is the only Indian manufacturer of pumps in this
segment and therefore, has a cost advantage over its competitors.
It expects expanding activity in this segment over the next decade.
Total Tractor Hydraulic
Systems
Dynamatic® has embarked on an entirely new
area of business, that of manufacture and supply of ‘Total
Tractor Hydraulic Systems’ to new generation tractor manufacturers.
To put it in perspective, the sales value of ‘Total Tractor
Hydraulic Systems’ is ten times the sales value of a Gear
Pump.
Dynamatic® has also developed hydraulic
products for a few Tractor OEMs in India and is also partnering
them on product improvement initiatives.
