India’s prominence is underlined by major orders from leading carriers, with Airbus set to deliver over 1,000 aircraft to customers like IndiGo and Air India in the coming years. As part of this visit, the Airbus Board interacted with key government representatives and visited its major Indian partner, Dynamatic Technologies’ state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bangalore.

Dynamatic signed the contract last year in February and, in record time, the project has been industrialised and all eight doors are ahead of schedule. Today, we have the first AI-enhanced First Article Inspection (FAI) for the Airbus A220 Aft Service Door in presence of the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership of Airbus with us to celebrate a major milestone.

Airbus and Dynamatic stand as a powerful partnership built on mutual trust, innovation, and shared goals. Together, we have built a strong foundation and look forward to growing our partnership through future programs, driving innovation, excellence, and achieving greater milestones.

This landmark moment, coinciding with the Airbus Board's first-ever meeting in India, not only celebrates our successes but also signals a renewed commitment to supporting the government’s Make-in-India initiative, expanding local manufacturing, and generating opportunities for the broader Indian aerospace ecosystem.
