Production
Manager, CNC Components (Code: MP-CNC)
Candidate Profile
Age: 25-30 years
Qualification: B.E (Mechanical / Production) from a recognised
institute with first class degree.
Work Experience: 5-6 years experience in production activity
and running a CNC machine shop.
Must be capable of managing production in CNC machine shop which
has 30 machines on 3 shift basis and of production planning on
CNC shop.
Knowledge and experience on CNC controls, Sinumeric, Fanuc OIMC
as well as working experience on 3-5 Axis CNC machines is essential.
Knowledge of cutting tools for machining Aluminum alloy, Maraging
steel, Titanium and other special Aerospace will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of cutting tools for machining Aluminum Alloy, Maraging
Steel, Titanium and other special Aerospace materials will be
an added advantage.
Candidates with knowledge of Unigraphics/Catia V5 and with experience
in machining Aerospace Components are preferred.
Knowledge of AS9001 and QMS will be an added advantage.

Manager Maintainence (Code: MM)
Candidate Profile
Age: Under 35 years
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) from a recognised institute
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in maintenance, particularly
of CNC machines. Hands-on experience is preferred.
Skill Sets: Good man-management skills, communication skills
and team spirit.
Manager Production (Code:
MP)
Candidate Profile
Age: 30-35 years
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) from a recognised institute
Experience: 6-8 years of production experience, particularly
in Automotive or related industry. Must be able to handle round-the-clock
shopfloor activity. Exposure to manufacturing in CNC environment
is essential.
Skill Sets: Good leadership and man-management skills,
communication skills and team spirit. Must be a self-starter and
capable of decision making.
Manager Quality (Code:
MP)
Candidate Profile
Age: 30 -35 years
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) from a recognised institute
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in quality assurance
with indepth knowledge of functioning of Quality Department. Must
be able to handle Quality Management System independently. Knowledge
of SPC, Vendor development procedures is necessary. ERP would
be an added advantage. Experience in similar industry preferred.

communication skills and team spirit. Must be a self-starter and
capable of decision making.
Manager Design (Code:
MD)
Candidate Profile
Age: 30-35 years
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) from a recognised institute
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Product Design with
knowledge of DFMEA, Product Development requirements , Preparation
& Checking of Drawings , etc. with clear understanding for
fundamentals of mechanical engineering design . Minimum 3-4 years
of working experience of Pro/ENGINEER is essential. Knowledge
of QMS requirement pertaining to the Design area & knowledge
of modern production processes will be an added advantage.
Skill Sets: Good leadership and man-management skills,
communication skills and team spirit. Must be a self-starter and
capable of decision making.
Asst. Manager Design
(Code: AMD)
Candidate Profile
Age: 24-27 years
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) from a recognised institute
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Product Design and
Drafting of Mechanical Engineering items with knowledge of Drawing
Preparation & Checking of Drawings , etc. with clear understanding
for fundamentals of mechanical engineering design . Minimum 1-2
years of working experience of Pro/ENGINEER is essential .
Skill Sets: Good communication skills and team spirit.
Must be a self-starter .
